I'm not an expert in trouble shooting or anything but it could have something to do with your graphics card. If you have an integrated option try using that with the monitor just to see if it works. If not try a different GPU (if available) or try reseating the GPU. Like I said, not an expert, but from what I've read on these forums over the past week this seems like a good place to start. If the problem persists beyond this, might wanna wait for a techie to reply to you
