The behavioral health clinic I work in uses the DOS
version of AMS software. We recently swapped out an
older machine for a new machine with XP - after working
through the other issues, we're left with just two:

Even when full screened, the program information is only
displayed on the top half of the screen.

We are experiencing a delay with the SciLog pump we use
for medication dispensing (about ten seconds) between a
nurse entering a command to dispense and the pump
actually running. When we use Hyperterminal to connect
to that com port, bypassing our clinc software, any
commands given to the pump run immediately.

Anybody have any ideas?
