That's usually a RAM issue. Try each RAM chip 1 at a time.

Thank you kindly. It worked. Now it says to put in system disk, can I turn off computer, install the DVD burner, then start with hard drive cd?

When it's asking for the system disk, the BIOS is looking for a bootable device. If you've installed windows, you need to make the hard drive the 1st boot device in the BIOS.

If you haven't installed windows, make the DVD drive the 1st boot device, boot off your windows disc, and start the windows install process.
