i am using the latest bios now. i was discovered that the freeze came from my psu..but i have question, if it does not support 45nm, why does my pc still run now. for now i mean. does it later would damage my other hardware? i want to ask u another question in this thread if u could. i am considering to buy asus nvidia 250gts, i want to know since my mobo is a little bit outdated, could it fit with my mobo without being a bottle neck? and could my cpu also would be a bottleneck to it?

power failure

it is not the case that 45nm processor cant run on old 775 board. i had celeron e1500 on my p4m900 and it runs happily with no error

Well if it a 45nm processor worked without official motherboard support it is luck, I doubt you'll damage your motherboard, it will either work it will not, in your case it worked.

A motherboard can not bottlenck a video card providing that your motherboard supports PCI-E 16x. I think you'll be fine.
i don'tknow actually about 45 nm or 65 nm technology, so, if i stick with this mobo, could that be any degradation of my pc performance?not fully utilize my cpu or something? anyway, what is the significant of 45 nm or 65 nm actually?
