754, 939 etc question

I have an amd athlon 64 3200plus processor which I had in a socket 939 board and my question is are these sockets also for the same processor
Socket 754
Socket 939
Socket 940
Socket AM2
Socket AM2+.
from the info I have found so far it seems to all be the same, but what better place to find out for sure from some pros.

Socket 939 processors are compatible with socket 939 MB's ONLY. Not 754, 940, AM2, AM2=.
