my pc is HP COMPAQ DC7100,so,will NVIDIA GeForce 7800 256MB work on my pc??

Try to look for complete specs of your desktop, and see if the GeForce 7800 is compatible with the expansion slots. Note though that you may have to update the BIOS of your Compaq's mobo before you can properly use the card, again if it's compatible with your computer in the first place.
