Prntserv5 exe - five instance running at once

Running Windows XP - computer starts slowing down and won't run on line functions (real estate MLS program). Shutting down to restart, found five instances of Prntserv5.exe running. Have to close each one before computer will restart.

Windows restore to date prior to getting this error.
