My computer model is PCV-RS613GY
My Mobo model is P4SD-VL

My mobo supports AGp 8x 1.5 keyed cards so the card will work, I just don't know if it will fit, I don't want to buy a card and find out it won't fit, I currently have a radeon 9200 in it, and my burnt out 6600OC fit in there, if the 6600 fit in there would the 4650 fit?

Hi newcomer and welcome to the Tom's hardware forum.

Is this your PC?

If your answer is affirmative, yeah, you can install the 4650, or even if you have a PCI slot available, you can install one of this. BUT make your sure that yoru PSU is enough if you want the PCI card.

yes thats my computer and I found out it will fit, but my issue now is upgrading the PSU, my cpu fan is plugged into a 4 pin molex but behind my 20 pin main lead is a small 3 pin connector and if I unplug that my computer will not start due to a fan abdnomality, but all fans ARE running it just won't let me start the computer...

That 3 pin fan connector is the fan of your CPU, if you unplug that fan, your PC don't start.

So how do I upgrade my PSU when newer ones don't have that 3 pin lead coming from the psu, my fan is plugged in to a 4 pin molex, that 3 pin connector takes a lead directly from the powersupply

Ok.

Go back, all your fans run, even your CPU fan if you unplug the small 3 pin connector right?

If your current PSU is a 400W or better, is enough to install the 4650 or one of the GPUs of the link.
