Hello and welcome to Tom's Hardware Forums.

There's a free evaluation verion available at this site http://www.transym.com/download.htm so that implies th full version will need to be paid for. The evaluation version might be restricted in functionality or time limited but try it - it seems to be free.

That said, OCR can cause some really funny - or dangerous - anomalies so all conversions need to be checked thoroughly.
