I see a button and an LED and 6 wires Is this correct ?
Is there another button for the reset somewhere ?
Is there a separate LED for the hard drive ?
The way I see it if you only have the power buttn and the power led you should have only 4 wires
Is there any writing on the wire or the connector at the other end ?
If not you may need a volt/ohm meter to trace out the wires from one end to either the switch or the button

Could we see the other ends of these wires? What connectors are on them?

On the end there are pin that were in one plug simmilar like the one on the picture white but could be plugged, that was connected to bigger board which then was conected to motherboard with pin that only dell use.
