MSI 785GM or Gigabyte 785GM??

Apart from pricing, is there any other difference between the 2 boards WRT performance??

I am leaning more towards the gigabyte mobo, but i also see some +ve reviews about the MSI mobo.

Let me rephrase it like this: Between the Asus, Gigabyte and MSI mobos of the 785 chipset, which is better in terms of:

-OCing
-Energy effeciency
-available expansion slots

I cant't seem to decide on these boards, and i don't want to make my decision solely on price.
Can i get your opinion on any of the boards, and which you prefer??

1- Both MSI mobos are m-ATX, that aren't good for expansion slots, so, aren't a good option IMO.
2- The UD2H is a m-ATX too, so, you know my opinion about that from factor.
3- I will go for the M4A785TD-V EVO, or even if you can get a little more money, try to get this M4A79XTD EVO, is a very good mobo.
