Can magicjack work with at&t u-verse line

I'm thinking about having at&t u-verse for internet and purchase a magicjack for phone service.
I'm wondering without phone service from the lane line would it work?.....Julie

it should work since MagicJack is a VoIP service. All you need is high-speed internet access.

It should work technically. I recently moved and had to get At&T Uverse ( This area is not covered by Verizon Fios). When I use MagicJackl, calls dropped one minute after connected repeatedly. I guess you have to make you your internet is stable and live without any problem.
