Right click does not work

You say you changed battery, but you do not mention which battery you changed.
First the battery on the mother-board is a button-cell and has to be replaced with the right kind. The number on the battery is usually 2032 and the polarity must be correct.
Second after you replace the battery you must correct the date on the BIOS.
For this you need to press F10 to go to set-up. Then change the date to the day's date.
Exit and continue booting.
