What is this "Jumper usb" you speak of? Are you asking how to plug your front usb ports into your computer?

Edit: Thought of another one:
Are you asking what jumper settings you should put into place when you are using your IDE hard drive in an external encloser attached via usb? If so, answer is set as master or single.
