First ever attempt at OC: APU A6-3650. Please provide guidance.

Hi, I have zero experience with manual overclock and figured now is as good a time as ever to learn. Simply looking for guidance to overclock a mid-range gaming pc; nothing over the top, just a stable OC configuration would be lovely. Any and all help is greatly appreciated.
Enough chatter, here are my system specs:

Motherboard: ASUS F1A75-V Pro
CPU/APU: AMD A6-3650 2.6 GHz with a Cooler Master Hyper 212+
RAM: 8GB DDR3 Corsair Vengeance Cas Latency 9-9-9-24
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate x64
PSU: Thermaltake TR2 RX 500W
Optical Drive: LiteOn DVD±R/RW 24x
HDD: Seagate 1 TB SATA 6GB/s 7200 RPM

Also, for anyone pondering, this MOBO does have the TPU and EPU switches onboard if that helps/hurts.

I have a question for you AMD experts. Do the AMP APU's overclock differently from the AMD CPU's?

If so, write an OC guide. Then PM me and I will help you get it stickied.
