Running two different sets of RAM, what voltage?

I upgraded my system by adding an additional 4Gb of ram, but now I am getting periodic BSOD. Below is what I have installed:

2x1Gb Corsair DDR2 800Mhz, CAS 5-5-5-18, 1.9V

2x2Gb Mushkin DDR2 800Mhz, CAS 5-4-4-12, 1.8V

I have tested all of the modules individually and they are all okay. My bios at default sets them all to run at 1.8V, with CAS 5-5-5-18.

So my question is, should I increase the voltage to 1.9V which is the rated voltage for my corsair sticks? and will this increased voltage be bad for my Mushkin ram which is rated for 1.8V. Or do you have any other suggestions?
