MSI 770-G45 upgrade?

I'm looking for a good value motherboard, £60-£70, for a phenom 945 and perhaps crossfire in future(but thats not completely necessary).

My current spec is:

Asus M3N78-EM (To be switched)
AMD Phenom 945
160GB Hitachi HDD (upgrading soon)
550W fatal1ty PSU
2GB DDR2 (upgrading soon)
XFX 5750
Antec 300

My main reasons for wanting to upgrade are a) I'd prefer a clean install of windows 7 on a new harddrive, b) I'm switching to DDR3, and c) I want 2 PCI-E slots. I've been really drawn to the MSI 770-G45 because its only £60 and meets all my requirements. Does anyone think this is a good or bad choice, or have any recommendations for a different motherboard? If you can go for a little more with your budget, try to get THIS M4A79XTD EVO is a very good mobo and have all that you need.
