my computer has 2 GB ram &345 MB graphics card.when i am trying to install direct x9.0c ,it showing that my video card does not support this version of direct x .why?

Probably a driver issue. If you try and us a driver that does not properly support DX 9.0c then you will get all sorts of problems. Update your driver. Since you are probably using old outdated onboard graphics, look into getting a cheap discreet graphics card if you can't find drivers to get your system going.

What is model of your graphics card or is it integrated (on board)??
