Cant install windows on my new buiild.

Hello,
I just built a desktop and cannot install windows.

Processor I-7 2600K
MOBO MSI-P67A-C43(B3)
Power Supply - Diablotek 600watt
RAM Corsair vengeance DDR3
Graphics ASUS GTX550

I bought an OEM dvd to install windows but when I turn it on it goes to EFI Shell version 2.00 [4.640] and I cant move on from there.
I got into the Bios and changed the boot order to start with the DVD/CDROM but it always just goes back to the shell mode. Im starting to lose it.

Nevermind, feeling dumb but, it was a plug issue. I had power but no connection to the motherboard for my dvd drive apparently. I figured it out. Thanks for looking though.

ROFL well glad u figured it out.Some of the smallest things can wreck havoc on the brain.
