I Have a dell branded cpu with Intel 915G Motherboard with pci express with Intel 3.2 Ghz processor with HT and a 1 GB DDR2 ram.
I am planning to buy a EVGA 9500GT with pci express 2.0

Can any please tell me that this card is suitable for me or not?

Depends, what is your budget and what are you planning on doing with the machine?
Also, how powerful is your PSU and at what resolution is your screen?

it depends on your need. if you not playing games much and watch videos/movies a lot even 9400GT will be enough.

Is that a Pentium 4? The speed isn't as important as the type of chip.
I'd recommend an HD4670 and another gig of ram if you plan on gaming but a 9500GT is an ok card for low resolutions as well. If you do go for the 9500GT ignore the 1gb cards(the extra memory is entirely useless) and make sure you get one with DDR3 ram.
