OC FX-6100 and ASRock 970 Extreme 3 mobo

Hey guys,

I put together a new build for the first time last week, and so far so good. However now I'd like to OC the CPU, and having never OC'd anything before, I figured this would be a great place to ask.

CPU: AMD FX-6100 3.3ghz
Mobo: ASRock 970 Extreme 3
GPU: Gigabyte Radeon HD 6950
PSU: Antec Neo Eco 620W
No extra cooling devices aside from CPU fans

The Mobo came included with an Extreme Tuning Utility that will allow me to make tweaks through Windows, though I don't know if this is the best way to go about it. I don't even know how/where to begin. Any help? Thanks in advance.

go bios use UEFI , first raise multiplier step by step without add voltage and (set to manual don't auto) and keep NB/HT at 2000 , disabled cool n quite ... find max overclock speed CPU without add voltage .. that safely for OC
