I am installing a radiator (XSPC) on my computer for the water cooling system. Does it matter which is the in or out for the water flow on the radiator.

Which rad? For 90% of the rads it shouldn't matter.

I have an XSPC radiator. I am installing Swiftech Apogee drive series self powered waterblock with integrated pump. I may have it hooked up wrong as it does not pump. It sounds like it is trying, but does nothing. Can you help?

^I'm talking about rad size. I recommend you moving this thread to the "Coolers and Heatsink" section.
