Video card for vista 32 bit

Installed games on Dell Inspiron is not working properly, each time i play it will give out error message that, the Hardware acceleration is either disabled or not supported by the video card installed. 2,Each time i open windows DVD Marker, it will give out another error message saying it cannot start because the video card installed does not meet the minimum system requirement i don't know what to regarding this. you can send me feedback at maxxcil@hotmail.com
