I want to x fire 2x 4850 cards and I just want to know if my CUP AMD Athlon x2 2.8 GHz will bottle neck it?.. should I be upgrading my CPU also?

your cpu may bottleneck but i think you have to check your PSU first. if your psu can make it then you're good to go. :p

I'll probably end up buying a new PSU. What kind or watt should I be looking for?

you should look for an 650 watts power supply, check this :

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] sair%20650

that should be enough for 2 x 4850

btw check for the new 5850 its more expensive but it will produce less heat and more perfomance

Thanks for the info and I would but I have to stick with xfiring 4850s cause I already have one.
