Depends, what resolution are you playing at? Higher resolutions will appreciate the 1GB of VRAM but until you exceed 1680x1050 you dont need 1GB of ram and a 4770 or 4850(both perform very similarly) will perform better.,2281...
the charts include a 512MB 4670, the lower memory wont affect it much at all.

4770 will easily beat the 4670 regardless of memory I'd think.

Get the 4770, it is a much better card than a 4670.

thank guys....I will be most likely getting the 4770, though i think I'm be trying to find one 4850 about $100 since I've read a few reviews saying that they drop the price......

I have ati 4670 hd 1gb, and my friend has 4770hd, everything else the same, i mean procesor, ram... And some games go little faster on my comp. (but little difrence, only assassins creed 2 goes faster for 8 fps) But anyway both cards are awsome.... Watch my chanel (danilovic97) on youtube for some gameplays (if you wana play crysis on very high then i sugest you get 4850 hd, anyway other games go rly fast, its your choice, but now im thinking about buying ati 5000 series cuz of dx11, and 1 more gb of ram cuz of performance, whatever you chose you wont be disapointed cuz you will play every game on max with good performance...
