Question about ddr3 1333

In the computer I just built I bought ocz platinum 1 gig sticks. I put 4 of them in my machine giving me 4 gigs total. My question is what should the mhz of the ram be set to in the bios? I manually set the timings to thier specified 7-7-7-20 and also set the voltage to 1.8 as the ram specified for that too. When left under auto settings to select speed the motherboard recognized the sticks at 533 mhz, so I manually set the speed to 666 in the bios. Is 666 the correct speed for ddr3 1333? Or is it actually 800 mhz?

CPU - amd phenom II x4 955 BE CO stepping. @ 3.5 ghz, just bumped up the miltiplier and set to all cores in bios, auto settings for rest.
Mobo - Asus M4A785TD-V EVO
Ram - OCZ Platinum 1333

Hi, 666*2 (dual channel)=1332MHz that is the speed of your RAM.
