hi I've got a 8800gt and a AMD 4600+ dual core will a 23 inch 16:9 ratio running at 1920/1080 just be to big to run anything smooth?

^ It would depend on the game that you want to run. Older games might run smooth but for the current and future games, you would have to turn down the settings and lower the resolution.

I have one and have no issues with any of the current games.
