AMD X3 710 Budget

Hey guys, Im in Australia and building a budget system for a friend. He wanted a Intel Quad but they were too expensive, so I gave him an Phenom X3, which was even cheaper than a E7500. Before I start, this is extremely tight budget, and he gave me $550 AUD to play with. So, bear in mind that this is basicly meant to have crap parts

CPU: Phenom X3 710

Motherboard: GA-M720-US3 (I know, I know. Any others that are better, i dont mind any brand, just, i want it to have firewire.)

Graphics Card: POV 9800GT 512MB

RAM: G.skill NQ series 2x2GB 800mhz

PSU: Coolermaster Extreme 500W (crap and cheap i know, but hell, i was this close to getting a SHAW. )

Case: Reused.

HDD: Reused.

DVD: Reused.

Yeah, so what ya think? I think the only thing i could change would be the MB, all ram is basicly the same price PNY is 74, kingston 78, G.skill 79 etc. The 9800GT is the best one i can get basicly.. is the ATI 4850 worth another 10$ and go over his budget?

So, is is all good? Is that the best motherboard I could get for the money?
And is the 9800GT better than a Radeon 4850?

Hey, but whats the difference? And does the MA770-US3 support unlocking the cores aswell?
