Help me with my overclock

Here are my specs:

700w Corsair Power Supply

XFX Radeon HD 6870

AMD Phenom II 910 X4 2.6GHz

Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus

ASUS M4A88TD-V EVO motherboard

G. Skill 2X 4GB 1600Mhz RAM

I overclocked my CPU from 2.6 GHz to 3.6GHz and it's stable. The idle temperature is 30C and under Prime95 it's 60C. Can anyone help me inprove my overclock or help me lower the temperature?

Multiplier: 13x

DRAM Fequency: 1515MHz

RAM Timings: 8-8-8-22

CPU/NB Frequency: 1988MHz

HT Link Speed: Auto

CPU Voltage 1.56v

CPU/NB Voltage: 1.409375v

CPU VDDA Voltage: 2.60v

DRAM Voltage: 1.56v

HT Voltage: Auto

NB voltage: 1.32v

NB 1.1v Voltage: Auto

NB 1.8v Voltage: Auto

SB Voltage: Auto
