I APPRECIATEE YOUR HELP!!

THE DRIVES AREN'T RECOGNIZED IN BIOS NOR DO THEY COME UP IN THE
DEVICE MANAGER, SO THERE ISN'T ANY YELLOW FLAGS

THE ONLY SOFTWARE THAT HAS BEEN DOWNLOADED WAS WINDOWS 7 BUT THAT
WAS ABOUT 7 DAYS BEFORE THE COMPUTER DEVELOPED THIS PROBLEM.

MY DAUGHTER DID SAY THAT SHE OPENED AN ATTACHMENT TO FORWARD SO I DON'T
KNOW IF A POSSIBLE VIRUS, WORM ECT COULD CAUSE THIS PROBLEM.

If the drives are not recognized in BIOS, two things may have happened:
The drives are now bad.
Settings on the mobo have disabled the drives.

Tell me about the computer:
Is it a brand of PC? Like dell, HP, etc? If so what is the model?
If you built the computer, what is the motherboard model?
How many hard drives are installed in the computer? (internal, not external, usb, etc)
Also, what models of drives are these?
