I will be overclocking my cpu and will have a controller connected to my computer very often. Once I get a little more money I'll get another 4870 and crossfire them. Is a 1200 watt psu really needed? Also, will that cooler be functional?

I knew that much power wasn't needed. I'll go with a 850:http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139009
