Ati 5750 1GB version is launching today at $129 and 512MB will be coming shortly at $109.
I am planning to upgrade my 4670. So which version would be a better deal? I have a 1920x1080 monitor and I can live with slightly reduced details if i have to.
I'm guessing 1GB will give you around 1 or 2 extra frames per sec.
There have been benchmarks in the recent past that showed a slight loss in performance (1 or 2 frames) or no change at all. The only game that I can remember which actually did perform better (7% - 10%) was Crysis: Warhead.

well dude your seriously better going HD5770 for that monitor....it shows awesome benchmarks.
The extra ram in a GPU is used for Resolution. In low res, the 512 will have no difference with the 1GB, but the higher you go, the more obvious it will be. At the resolution you have, your far better with the 1GB. Overall, you will have the performance of a GTS 250.
