I recently decided to set up my old desktop that I had just lying around. The computer was working up until I did a fresh install of Windows XP Professional and now I can't connect to the internet. I have no idea what is wrong and have tried downloading network drivers for this computer, which none so far have worked for me.

Would anyone happen to know what is wrong, or where I can go to download the driver that I need?

Edit: Just thought it might help to include the specs...maybe?

Sorry I haven't replied in a while, got caught up with school work.

I don't have a network adapters button to expand. All I have is "Other Devices" and under that it lists Ethernet Controller, Multimedia Audio Controller, and SM Bus Controller.

SM Bus Controller.
