I have a question for you guys, I am building a computer for a friend who wants to do some mild gaming and i have 2 mobos laying around just wondered what everyones thoughts were on the 2 and which one I should use

the first board is a Asus M2N32-Sli and the 2nd is a MSI K9NU NEO-V
