Wanting to overclock AMD 64X2 4600+

my mother board is the ASUS M2N-E AiLifestyle Series - motherboard - ATX - Socket AM2 - nForce 570 Ultra - Socket AM2 and im running a new 450w PS and my graphics card is the GeForce 9400GT 1gb any help would be awesome ive never done this before but my computer is somewhat outdated and I want to try and maxamize what I have also im running 2x2gb DDR2 800 and 2x512mb DDR2 800

oh and my OS is Windows 7 64 bit Ultimate

use hwinfo64 to monitor your temps and use nvidia ntune to overclock your cpu, gpu, ram either manualy or by using auto tuning in ntune
and use prime95 to test stability

and keep your cpu temp below 65'c at load and gpu below 70'c
