Overclocking my CPU

I have amd athlon x2 3.2ghz rated at 6400+ .... Is it possible to O/C this cpu? If so what software is good for overclocking?

need more info of system like motherboard, psu , ram (use cpuz for ram) and temps of cpu at full load (use hwinfo32)

motherboard asus m2nbpvm csm, 8 gb of pc 8500 ram 1066 mhz, 850watt kentech powersupply. gpu is nvidia 560 ti. 118 degrees under full load which is mid 40's in celcius. Any help is appreicated! i just dont want to fry it.

use nvidia ntune , cpuweaker and hwinfo32 and read some guides
