I have a 2GB Kingston HyperX DDR3, 1333MHz memory. If I look in BIOS at RAM Clock I see 1333Mhz, but when I look in other applications(Speccy, Everest, CPU-Z etc...) it says: "DRAM Frequency: 669Mhz"
Please reply.

The "DDR" in DDR3 stands for "Double Data Rate", and 667 x 2 = 1334

Your computer is running properly.
