3DMark06 score so low ?!

Hi i just downloaded and run 3DMARK06 because i find my PC under performing on most games my setup:

MSI P965 Platinum MoBo
Windows Vista 32 bit
MSI HD 4870 1GB
Q6700 2.66GHZ CPU
2x2GB crucial RAM 800Mhz
Corsair 550w VX PSU
Antec 902 case
All the tests ran at full res it seemed which is 1920x1080

3DMark Score:
8464 3DMarks
SM 2.0 Score 4287
SM 3.0 Score 5544
CPU Score 1225
OS Microsoft Windows Vista
CPU Intel Core 2 Quad Processor Q6700
CPU Speed 2666 MHz
GPU ATI Radeon HD 4870
Memory 3328 MB

That is seriously low for my setup right especially the psu ? :S

Please, any help would be great.

Yes maybe but CPU score of 1225, isn't that ridiculously low for any quad core ? :S

Do you think Overclocking my Q6700 would be a good idea with the P965 Platinum ?

1225? With a quad? Something is definitely wrong. Are you sure your motherboard supports your processor? Make sure all cores are seen, and that they're all running at the correct speed (CPU-Z is a good choice to do this).
