turn computer on and screan is black and 3 and 4 is lighting up with 1 beep than 3 more and 2 more nothing happens after that. Can any one help me.

The computer is experiencing Memory fault. Try booting with one stick of memory only, then the other stick only (assuming you have more than one.
Replace the bad one with new memory. Actually replace all !
