I7 (1156) PSU minimum Requirements

Which is the minimum PSU requirements for a Core i7 (socket 1156) with an ASUS P7P55D LE, XFX GF9500GT 1GB, 4GB DDR3 AND 1TB HD?
I wanna know the minimum wattage requirements to give info for similar configurations for friends.

I wouldn't put less than a good 550 watt PSU into any modern build with a discrete video card. For a single video card, I use one of these:

I'm running a Corsair CMPSU-450VX just fine. However, it really depends on what video card you're putting in there and what you plan on putting in the future. For my needs, the HD4670 is sufficient and 450W is plenty. Of course you'd also want to take any OCing into account.
I'm hoping to pick up a kill-a-watt in the coming week or two and see what kind of power I'm actually pulling.

In my gigabyte ga-p55-ud4p manual it states for expansion requirements a psu that can withstand high power consumption be used of 500W or greater.
I would say with 1 graphic card maybe a little less and 2 gpu's probably a little more.
