I have a Netgear router. I use it for a home wireless network for two laptops, an Ipad, a Kindle fire and a smart phone.

One of the laptops is a Gateway with Windows XP. The router was working great with this laptor. However, an event occured that required me to reload the operating system files. It's up and running again. However, I can't get the wireless network adapter to maintain the properties. The network authentication for the router is WPA2. I can play with the settings and eventually get the connection started using this NA. Once I do, it works great. However, it keeps reverting to WPA2-PSK NA whenever I log-off and/or restart the laptop.

How can I fix this problem?
