Windows creates an account automatically

few days ago when i turn the pc (only one username) i load crating a new account with the same username, but without any information ... when check the account through "documents and settings" both accounts (the original and the recently created) ... after i delete that new aacount and restart the pc, it creates again a new account and it all repeats again... is it a virus? a missed file? or what? ...

Why are you asking if it is a virus - how are we to know ?
Run your AV scan, and some supplemental malware scans, like malwarebytes, or other products. But even if you come up clean, it doesn't necessarily mean an infection does not exist.

Windows restore your PC to date prior to error occuring or repair-install the OS by booting from your windows CD.
