Ok so a file in my system32 folder in my old computer was corrupt, so it wouldn't boot, but i still had files i needed in the hard drive.
I bought an external hard drive casing and took my hard drive out of my old computer. I plugged it into my old computer and found all the files needed and copied them over.
I have a spare copy of windows xp laying around to reinstall onto my old computer, but i know that if i do this, all of my drivers will be wiped.
I need some way to copy them over from the hard drive while it is plugged into my new laptop so that i may transfer the drivers over when it reinstalls.
How do i do this?
