Best cooler for fx-4100

I bought an am3+ fx-4100 and am looking for a good cooler for around $60 (max is 80) Case is a xion Predator 970 I am looking to overclock to around 4-4.4 maybe 4.6 if possable ghz and dont want somting too loud or big. It would also be nice if it didn't block RAM slots.

P.S My motherboard is a ASUS M5A99X EVO AMD 990X Socket AM3+ ( http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=670049 ). video card is an xfx Radeon hd6950 2gb. I may crossfire later on too

send the processor back and grab a 965BE or 980BE instead, it's worth the extra coin...
as for the cooling solution, are you gonna use fans on the side window.?
I ask because of side blowing or top blowing CPU coolers.
