That's imposible. The first one is a DDR memory and the second one is a DDR2 memory. Your motherboard supports only one type of them.

Maybe you see 333Mhz in the CPU-z but it actually is a 667Mhz module (2x333). If this is what happens, they can work together at the speed of the slower one (667Mhz)
