I say your system is an 8.0, if new... 9.0, if bought at time of The i7 920 release.

New System: 8.0
You could've gotten a better GPU & HDD for a little more money. (example ATI 4890 or Samsung Spinpoint F3, not including any of the ATI 58xx cards)

Old System: 9.0
Great build at that time... Some of the best components out at that time!!!

Overall, a very good build :D

What is the point of this post? Are you asking for advice on your component choices, or have you already purchased the components? I have never seen the point of asking for people to rate your build after the fact.

If you haven't purchased the components yet, ditch that hard drive for a faster Samsung F3 for the same price.

ive bought everthing except the HDD and the PSU......money was a factor...the reason i went with the gtx 260 and not something better is i plan to run 3 way sli in the short future and i wanted my GPU's to match.....and again money is an issue. thanks for the replies!!!

Then like Tecmo34 and I said, don't get a 500GB WD Black drive. They use two 250GB platters. The Samsung F3 uses a single 500Gb platter. The higher data density makes the Samsung drive considerably faster for less money.

SAMSUNG Spinpoint F3 HD502HJ 500GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive - OEM $49.99

The 750TX is a very nice PSU, but if you don't plan on sending in the MIR, you can save $10 by going with this PSU.

Antec TruePower New TP-750 Blue 750W Continuous Power ATX12V V2.3 / EPS12V V2.91 SLI Certified CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC "compatible with Core i7" Power Supply - Retail $109.95

Change hard drive to the Samsung F3 and go with the Corsair 850TX, if you want to run Tri-SLI down the road.
