im insert the graphics card from cpu ..one software im using for smart doctor thus a software for make a problem...automatically of the monitor screen for 2 seconds..so do the needful and help him

Your title says having uninstall problem - Your post detail makes no sense.
If you cannot uninstall using add/remove programs, try using REVO uninstaller.
