Need fan for Gigabyte MA770 UD3

hey guys on my latest build i used the gigabyte ma770 ud3 mobo with a phenom x2 black edition cpu but the sunbeam core contact freezer that i purchased wont work (misread its AM2+ compatibility) the issue now is is that i cannot find a good fan that will be compatible with my mobo and cpu
o yea it also has to fit within an antec 300

In what way does the Sunbeam cooler not work? AM2/AM2+/AM3 all use the same mounting, so it should work. Is the cooler hitting something on the motherboard?
