Does anyone know what, if any, 4GB dual channel memory from G Skill will fit the Asus P5B Deluxe Motherboard? Or is there a better choice?

This board has the latest Bios.

Well, a lot will "fit". However, if you mean are validated, check Asus's support site (usually not much help) and GSkill's site (usually much better) to see which have been tested.

If you actually mean literally fit, it is DDR2 800 1.8V

Notice: Only DDR2-800 memory supporting JEDEC approved 1.8V operation with timings of 5-5-5 or 6-6-6 is supported on Intel Desktop Boards based on Intel 965 Express Chipsets
"
From the Newegg site for your board.

Thanks, EXT64, what I meant was validated. I know the bios updated the board to accept the latest dual and quad core 775 cpu's I wasn't sure if this meant that faster memory could be used now also.

I'm hoping someone has played around with this board and can tell me what works and what doesn't.

Yeah sorry, I missed the entire 775 so I don't really know much more about them except I don't think the higher ram speeds gave a significant boost in speed for them (they didn't really need it).
