New to overclocking, Any advice?

athlon 64 x2 4400+
ddr2 800mhz ram
7900gs

I have no idea where to start.Never messed with overclocking other than graphics cards...A shove in the right direction?

Do you have aftermarket cooling?

If Yes - Go to the BIOS and list the various settings regarding CPU Frequency, HT Frequency, Memory Frequency, Vcore, Memory Voltage, HT Voltage (Northbridge or Southbridge), CPU PLL Voltage etc etc.

If No - Go and buy some before attempting an Overclock.
